To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to make certain improvements in the laws administered by the Secretary of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.

Sponsor: Rep. Michael McCaul — R — TX

H.R. 2825 would authorize the appropriation of nearly $11 billion over the 2018-2022 period for programs in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), mostly for activities carried out by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), but also for programs of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the DHS Office of the Inspector General.
