To prohibit the manufacture for sale, offer for sale, distribution in commerce, or importation into the United States of any inclined sleeper for infants, and for other purposes.

Sponsor: Rep. Tony Cárdenas — D — CA

Makes it unlawful to manufacture, sell, or distribute inclined sleepers for infants. Specifically, inclined sleepers for infants are those designed for an infant up to one year old and have an inclined sleep surface of greater than 10 degrees.
