Requires the Transportation Security Administration to establish a task force to conduct an analysis of emerging and potential future threats to transportation security, and for other purposes. The bill also would require TSA to develop a strategy to mitigate those threats. Finally, H.R. 3318 would require the Government Accountability Office to report on the feasibility of screening airline passengers prior to arriving at airports.
