To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to conduct a collective response to a terrorism exercise that includes the management of cascading effects on critical infrastructure during times of extreme cold weather, and for other purposes.

Sponsor: Rep. Elissa Slotkin — D — MI

Requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to conduct an exercise to test whether DHS and local officials are prepared to respond to the effects of a terrorist attack that occurs during a winter storm. The bill also would require DHS to submit a report to the Congress on the results of the exercise.
