To reauthorize the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996, and for other purposes.

H.R. 3864 would reauthorize the Native American Housing Block Grant (NAHBG) and loan guarantee programs through fiscal year 2022. In addition, the bill would authorize the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to make new grants in 2018 under the Tribal HUD-VA Supportive Housing (Tribal HUD-VASH) program, which is jointly operated by HUD and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
