Directs the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to improve the transparency of the agency’s sensitive security information (SSI) guidelines and international aviation security directives. The agency would need to ensure clear and consistent designation of SSI, review and update guidelines, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and brief the Congress.
