A bill to reauthorize activities of the Maritime Administration, and for other purposes.

Reauthorizes and amends programs administered by the Maritime Administration (MARAD), modifies the federal reimbursement process for salvaging maritime cargo, codifies requirements for a port operations and research grant program, establishes the Strategic Seaport Readiness Infrastructure Development Fund, and establishes an interagency working group and increase international cooperation efforts to combat illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing.
