A bill to amend the Small Business Act to ensure small businesses affected by the onset of transmissible diseases are eligible for disaster relief.

This bill amends the Small Business Act to expand the definition of a "disaster" for which the Small Business Administration may provide disaster loans to small business concerns to include communicable diseases for which the federal government issues a travel alert or travel warning.
