A bill to state the policy of the United States with respect to the expansion of cooperation with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region and Europe regarding the People's Republic of China.

States that it is the policy of the United States to: • Promote democracy and human rights; • Compete with China by expanding military, diplomatic, and economic cooperation with U.S. allies; and • Develop a unified approach with those allies to challenges posed by China.
