Dana Rohrabacher is a Representative from California. Born in Coronado, CA, in 1947, he earned his B.A. from California State University in 1969 and his M.A. from the University of Southern California in 1971.
He was a journalist and assistant press secretary to the Ronald Reagan presidential campaigns of 1976 and 1980, as well as a speechwriter and special assistant to President Ronald Reagan from 1981-1988.
He was elected to the 101st and to the thirteen
succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1989-present).
