Biography

Grace Flores Napolitano is a Representative from California. Born in Brownsville, TX< in 1936, she attended Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA, as well as Texas Southmost College in Brownsville, TX.

She served as a member of the Norwalk, CA., city council in 1986 and as Mayor of Norwalk from 1989-1990. She was a member of the California state assembly from 1992-1998 and elected to the 106th and to the eight succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1999-present).
