Biography

Joseph Neguse is a Representative from Colorado. Born in Bakersfield, CA, he earned his B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2005 and his J.D. from University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2009. He was a nonprofit executive and member of the board of regents of the University from 2008-2015. He served as executive director, Colorado department of regulatory agencies, from 2015-2017. He was a lawyer and elected to the 116th Congress (January 3, 2019-present).
