Biography

Rod Blum was a Representative from Iowa. He was born in Dubuque, Iowa on April 26, 1955. He recieved his B.A. from Loras College in 1977, and his M.B.A. from the University of Dubuque, Iowa in 1989. He worked as a business executive before an unsuccessful campaign for election to the United States House of Representatives in 2011.

He was elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Fourteenth Congress (January 3, 2015) and defeated in the 2018 general election.
