Biography

Tim Walz is a Representative from Minnesota. He was born in West Point, Nebraska on April 6, 1964.

He received his B.S. from Chadron State College in 1989, and his M.S. from Minnesota State University in 2001.

He attended attended Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and joined the Nebraska National Guard from 1981-1996.

He was a member of the Minnesota National Guard from 1996-2005. He was elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Tenth and to the five succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2007-present).
