Biography

Thomas Charles MacArthur is a Representative from New Jersey. He was born in Hebron, Connecticut on October 16, 1960.

He received his B.A. from Hofstra University in 1982. He worked as an insurance executive, and became a member of the Randolph, N.J. city council from 2011-2013.

He was deputy mayor of Randolph, N.J. in 2012, and was elected mayor of Randolph from 2013-2014.

He was elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Fourteenth and the succeeding Congress (January 3, 2015-present).
