Thomas A. Marino was a Representative from Pennsylvania. Born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania in 1952, he earned his A.A. from Williamsport Area Community College in 1983, his B.A. from Lycoming College in 1985 and his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law in 1988. He was a manufacturing manager, private practice lawyer, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania district attorney from 1992-2002, and the United States attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania from 1992-2002. He was elected as a Republican to the 112th and to the four succeeding Congresses until his resignation on January 23, 2019.
