Sponsor: Rep. Joaquin Castro — D — TX

H.R. 5274 would authorize the Department of State to establish an international exchange program to promote the sound administration of elections. Under the program the department would bring foreign professionals and volunteers who organize elections to the United States to learn about election procedures, particularly as related to cybersecurity, transparency, dispute resolution, voter registration, and access to polling places.
