To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to submit a report on the cybersecurity roles and responsibilities of the Federal Government, and for other purposes.

Sponsor: Rep. Don Bacon — R — NE

Requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to report to the Congress on the effectiveness of the department’s responses to cybersecurity incidents. Under the bill, DHS also would provide the Congress with recommendations to further clarify cybersecurity responsibilities across the department’s component agencies.
