To provide for congressional oversight of certain sanctions imposed with respect to the Russian Federation.

Requires the Administration, upon receiving a request from the chair or ranking member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs or the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, to assess and report to the Congress whether: • A foreign person or entity meets the criteria to be sanctioned under executive orders pertaining to malign activities by Russia; and • The Administration intends to impose such sanctions on that person or entity.
