To provide for the imposition of sanctions with respect to foreign persons undermining the Dayton Peace Agreement or threatening the security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for other purposes.

Sponsor: Rep. Ann Wagner — R — MO

Requires the President to impose sanctions on foreign persons the Administration determines have engaged in corruption or undermined peace, democracy, and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The bill also requires the Administration to report to the Congress on those actions.
