Extends for an additional five years a pilot program administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to evaluate the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of allowing nonfederal interests to carry out flood risk management, hurricane and storm damage reduction, coastal harbor and channel inland navigation, and aquatic ecosystem restoration projects.
