A bill to require the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to regularly review and update policies and manuals related to inspections at ports of entry.

Requires the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to review at least once every three years its current policies and manuals related to inspections at ports of entry. The bill also requires CBP to submit a report to the Congress highlighting any changes implemented that result from such a review.
