Frank Guinta was a Representative from New Hampshire. He was born in Edison, N.J. on September 26, 1970.
He received his B.A. from Assumption College in 1993, and his M.A. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2000.
He was a businessman, and a law clerk for the New Hampshire Insurance Department in 1999.
He was a member of the New Hampshire state house of representatives, 2000-2002 and was the Manchester, N.H. alderman from 2002-2006.
He was the mayor of Manchester, N.H. from 2006-2010, and was elected as a Republican to the 112th Congress (January 3, 2011-January 3, 2013).
He was an unsuccessful candidate for reelection to the 113th Congress in 2012, but was elected as a Republican to the 114th Congress (January 3, 2015-January 3, 2017).
