Authorizes appropriations totaling $2.125 billion over the 2022-2026 period for the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative. That initiative, led by the Environmental Protection Agency, provides funding to state, local, and tribal governments, institutions of higher learning, and nonprofit organizations to support programs and projects to protect and restore the Great Lakes.
