To amend the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act.

Expands the definition of child abuse under the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Act, requires the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Indian Health Service to provide grants to tribal governments and organizations to combat child abuse, child neglect, and family violence affecting tribes, and raises the cost of an existing mandate on local law enforcement and child protective services agencies by requiring those agencies to file additional reports on child abuse with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
