To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to collect overpayments of specially adapted housing assistance.

Gives the department of Veterans Affairs (VA) the discretion to recover overpayments of housing grants made to veterans who have service-connected disabilities that involve the loss of eyesight, the loss of use of limbs, or severe burns. Veterans use these grants to adapt their current homes (or acquire new homes with adaptations) to increase their mobility and enhance their ability to live independently.
