To prohibit employees of the Department of Homeland Security, or individuals performing work under a contract on behalf of the Department, from downloading or using TikTok on any information technology issued by the Department, and for other purposes.

Requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to prohibit the use of TikTok on and remove the application from the department’s information technology systems and devices. TikTok is a social networking application that allows users to create and share short videos.
