Sponsor: Sen. Raphael Warnock — D — GA
Permits the National Conference on Ministry to the Armed Forces, a private member organization, to periodically make changes to the memorial to chaplains who died while serving on active duty. The memorial is located in Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
