Provides budget authority over the 2022-2026 period for the Department of Transportation (DOT) to continue operating the Federal-Aid Highway Program, which is funded from the Highway Trust Fund. The bill also authorizes the appropriation of funds for certain other transportation programs administered by DOT, the Department of the Interior, and other federal agencies.
