Authority for collection of copayments for hospital care and nursing home care is extended through FY2016. The requirement to provide nursing home care to certain veterans with service-connected disabilities is extended through December 31, 2016. The authorization of appropriations for assistance and support services for caregivers is extended through FY2016. Authority for recovery from third parties of the cost of care and services furnished to veterans with health-plan contracts for non-service-connected disability is extended through FY2016.
