A bill to amend the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to establish the CHP Technical Assistance Partnership Program, and for other purposes.

Codifies activities of the Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Technical Assistance Partnership Program. Under the bill, DOE would encourage deployment of CHP technologies, support building and industrial professionals, and fund grants for academic and research centers to operate regional CHP Technical Assistance Partnerships.
