A bill to amend the Federal Power Act to provide energy cybersecurity investment incentives, to establish a grant and technical assistance program for cybersecurity investments, and for other purposes.
Sponsor: Sen. Lisa Murkowski — R — AK
Requires the Department of Energy to establish a rural and municipal cybersecurity grant and technical assistance program. The bill would authorize the annual appropriation of $50 million through 2024 for that program.
