Authorizes appropriations for fiscal year 2022 for intelligence activities of the U.S. government, including the Intelligence Community Management Account and the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System. The bill also extends federal retirement benefits to former employees of Air America and its affiliates, allow certain whistleblowers to seek punitive and compensatory damages in federal court, modify the process for appealing the revocation or denial of security clearances, and create or modify other programs affecting the intelligence community.
