A bill to correct the inequitable denial of enhanced retirement and annuity benefits to certain U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers.

Sponsor: Sen. Gary Peters — D — MI

allows certain Customs and Border Protection Officers to retire with an increased retirement benefit and makes those officers eligible for an annuity that would treat a portion of their years of service similarly to the treatment of time in service for federal law enforcement officers and firefighters.
