A bill to require the President to develop and maintain products that show the risk of natural hazards across the United States, and for other purposes.

Sponsor: Sen. Gary Peters — D — MI

Authorizes the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to pay up to 90 percent of the total cost of grants under the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) program within designated resilience zones and requires FEMA to improve the National Risk Index (NRI) and designate census tracts at the highest risk of natural disasters as community disaster resilience zones.
