Requires the Department of Justice to report to the Congress on potential programs for public safety officers and public safety telecommunicators that provide treatment for job related post-traumatic stress disorder or acute stress disorder. The report also includes draft legislative language for potential programs and their estimated costs. Finally, the bill requires the report to be submitted 150 days after enactment.
