A bill to amend title 35, United States Code, to establish an interagency task force between the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Food and Drug Administration for purposes of sharing information and providing technical assistance with respect to patents, and for other purposes.

Establishes an interagency task force to facilitate sharing of information between the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The bill also requires PTO to report to the Congress on how often the FDA provides information through the task force and whether that information is used in patent examinations.
