Biography

Doug Lamborn is a Representative from Colorado. Born in Leavenworth, KS, in 1954, he earned his B.S. from the University of Kansas in 1978 and his J.D. from the University of Kansas, Lawrence in 1985.

He was a private practice lawyer and member of the Colorado state house of representatives from 1995-1998. He served in the Colorado state senate from 1998-2006, as president pro tempore from 1999-2000. He was elected to the 110th and to the four succeeding Congresses (January 3,
2007-present).
