Biography

Gary James Palmer is a Representative from Alabama. Born in Haleyville, AL, in 1954, he attended Northwest Alabama Junior College in 1972-1974 and earned his B.S. from the University of Alabama in 1977. He has been an engineer and professional advocate, and was elected to the 114th Congress (January 3, 2015-present).
