Biography

Mike Kelly is a Representative from Pennsylvania. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennslyvania in 1948, he earned his B.A. from Notre Dame University in 1970. He was a business owner, a member of the Butler, Pennsylvania area school board from 1992-1995, and a member of the Butler County, Pennsylvania council from 2006-2009. He was elected as a Republican to the 112th and to the three succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2011-present).
