Biography

Theodore (Ted) Paul Budd is a Representative from North Carolina. Born in Davie County, North Carolina in 1971, he earned his B.S. from Appalachian State University, his M.A. from Dallas Theological Seminary and his M.B.A. from Wake Forest University. He worked as an investment analyst and business owner before being elected as a Republican to the 115th Congress (January 3, 2017-present).
