To require the Comptroller General of the United States to report on access to credit for small business concerns owned and controlled by covered individuals, to require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to report on the veterans interagency task force, and for other purposes.

Requires the Small Business Administration (SBA) to submit an annual report on the activities, appointments, and outreach efforts of the Interagency Task Force on Veterans Small Business Development. The bill also would require the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to submit a report on the availability and accessibility of credit used by such small businesses.
