A bill to require the establishment of cybersecurity information sharing agreements between the Department of Homeland Security and Congress, and for other purposes.

Sponsor: Sen. Robert Portman — R — OH

Requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to enter into information-sharing agreements with the Senate and the House of Representatives to facilitate the exchange of information about cybersecurity threats. DHS must consult with the Executive Office of the President and other executive agencies on the agreements. DHS must also periodically brief Congress on the implementation of the agreements.
