Andrew S. Biggs is a Representative from Arizona. Born in Tucson, Arizona in 1958, he earned his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1982, his J.D. from the University of Arizona in 1984, and his M.A. from Arizona State University in 1999. He worked as a private practice lawyer, a member of the Arizona state house of representatives from 2003-2011, a member of the Arizona state senate from 2011-2016, the majority leader from 2011-2012, and president from 2013-2016. He was elected as a Republican to the 115th Congress (January 3, 2017-present).
