Biography

Brian K. Fitzpatrick (brother of Michael G. Fitzpatrick) is a Representative from Pennsylvania. Born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia in 1973, he earned his B.S.B.A. from La Salle University in 1996, his M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 2001 and his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University in 2001. He worked as a judicial clerk for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 2001-2002, a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a special assistant United States attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a private practice lawyer, and an accountant. He was elected as a Republican to the 115th Congress (January 3, 2017-present).
